 Latchkey Program 

In the Latchkey program, we provide a supervised environment filled with a variety of appropriate activities designed to promote student development and self-esteem. The Latchkey program strives to provide consistency and continuity to provide childcare between home and school while offering a wide range of growth producing opportunities.

STANDARD FEES AND PAYMENTS

  1. The fee for the Latchkey program will be $4.00 per hour for each child. There will not be a discount for more than 1 child.
  2. Any child not picked up by 6:00 pm will be charged $1.00 per minute and that must be paid at that time.
  3. If your child is in a club or tutoring and they are not picked up at the time that club or tutoring is let out, then your child will be checked into Latchkey. If this occurs, you will be charged from the time the afternoon school Latchkey opens, which is, 3:30 at the Metro building or 4:15 at the Utica building. This will depend on which building your child is at.
  4. When enrolling your child in to the program, you must put $60.00 to start and you must keep up on payments on your child’s account.
  5. If you are in arrears of $50.00, you must pay the $50.00 to make a zero balance along with another $60.00 for the future use of Latchkey for your child. Otherwise, you will not be allowed the use of Latchkey until you are current.
  6. The fee charged is in 15-minute increments whether the full 15 minutes are used or not.
